Maurice Tsang
Maurice Tsang started his classical piano training at the age of five from Trinity College London Hong Kong. He obtained a Bachelor of Music Degree from Kingston University, United Kingdom and graduated with distinction honour. Maurice furthered his education and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Music Education from the Education University of Hong Kong. In addition, he earned the Licentiate Diploma in piano recital from Trinity College London (LTCL). As a live performance musician well versed in both the classical and pop music fields, Maurice has actively participated in performances on a diversity of occasions, including concert halls, shopping malls and different ceremonies. Moreover, he plays in pop bands as a keyboardist and bass guitarist. In addition, Maurice is a patient and experienced instrumental teacher, as a musician off the stage, boasting years of experience with many dedicated students. He is also an outstanding music composer and arranger, having composed and published pop songs for several famous artists including Hong Kong Singer, Elanne Kong (江若琳) as well as Beijing Singer, Sunny Xie (謝容兒). He has also participated in numerous other pop music productions, including arranging the song 五月的雪花for artist 李健達and recording the piano accompaniment to the song 十指緊抱for singer 可嵐. Furthermore, Maurice is talented in music scoring and rearranging music for piano duo, string trio and quartet, performed at various events and concerts. In addition, in recent years, Maurice has taken part in the music production and arranging musical drama of St. Joan of Arc, Meow The Musical, The Poetry Journey of Tong, Hong Kong OldMary,and Ten Commandments the Musical.
