Chloe Ling

Chloe holds a degree in Cello Performance and Pedagogy from Hong Kong Baptist University, where she was trained under Mr Zong Siu Him, Eddie and Tsui Lok Ming, William. She actively participated in ensembles, orchestras, choirs, and bands at the university.  With extensive experience in teaching cello at different studios and schools, Chloe's musical journey began at a young age when she started singing in choirs at the age of 4 and learning cello at the age of 6. Chloe's exceptional talent has led her to perform in various chamber groups and orchestras, including the Global Symphony Orchestra, HKFW Six Arts Orchestra, Hong Kong Baptist University Strings Ensemble, and The Hong Kong Youth String. She has also performed in Austria and China with the Global Symphony Orchestra. Chloe has dabbled in various music styles and has trained herself as a good leader through her experiences as the Performance Officer in the Hong Kong Baptist University Christian Band and as the Alto Part-leader in the Hong Kong Baptist University Christian Choir during her undergraduate years. Additionally, Chloe has performed with the Christian Band and Christian Choir in many concerts, including Annual Concerts such as “獨•⼼•術” (2011), “核⼼” (2012), “痕跡” (2013), “當聲⾳只剩下振動” (2014) and “⽢犧“(2014). Chloe is the former cellist and vocalist in a local Hong Kong indie acoustic band called Merry Go-round.
